Module 3A will therefore need to be a deep dive into taking disputes to this Tribunal procedure, tips, traps and how the rules and processes vary from the Upper Tribunal. Equally, most disputes initially taken to Upper Tribunal are settled (70% - 80%), so focus needs to be given on how to settle.
